Aggreko becomes sole power provider
for Bonaire Island
Water & Energy Bonaire is
currently constructing a 15 MW power plant for the

Aggreko has been contracted to
temporarily replace the local utilities’ power plant
Until the new plant is operational,
Aggreko will provide 100% of Bonaire’s power

2009- Aggreko, the global leader in the provision of
temporary power and temperature control services, is now providing
total utility power to the island of Bonaire in the Caribbean.
Utilising the existing transmission and distribution network on the
island, Aggreko is providing 15 MW of power, which will remain in
place until the commissioning of a new permanent power station.
